I would think it's probably a hip injury
The way Leon hit the boards my guess is a hip injury. The way he limped down the runway immediately after the hit looked like a hip.

It’s left hip, you could tell when he stepped thru doors and used the boards as crutches to get the left leg thru and limped on his left side next step

These dirty plays that lead to serious injuries are a real blight on the game. Not sure playoffs without Leon is worth watching. Not impressed
Oilers have missed their window. Too many holes to fill… still no number 1 goalie. Only one real scoring line. Other 4 lines don’t check or defend. Our top defenceman can’t skate backwards…or forward.. they’re done!

Last 2 seasons were the prime chance for a Cup. Aging teams get injured. Aging teams get way more injured. … The last 2 seasons will be remembered for the fact that Oiler management never got a high caliber goaltender to win a Cup with.
I agree Pods should be 2nd with Nuge in the middle…..dickinson in between semanski and kap. I dont like anything with the fourth line.

The oilers are better without him, he won't be missed, he's already burned out from the olympics. His offensive end turn overs won't be missed, that will make up for his tip ins from captain MacD. Nurse out we got the cup for sure.
