So you lower it like an RDL then row it with a bit of momentum, then lower it slowly letting it stretch. Repeat.

“Abs resting on you thighs” imma try it. Especially if it cuts out any lower back stress.
Both Lee and Dorian are right when they explain rows. They hit the same goal, just approach it differently. When Lee says that standing more upright hits your traps he is right. That's because he lifts the barbell up. Dorian squeezes shoulder blades with shoulderes pulled down and hits that lower lat area. The key to picking your technique is in your proportions (legs to torso to arms length) and your lower back injuries history unfortunately.
