  1. I think it's safe to say the outcome of these next 3 in particular will 100% make or break our season. HAVE to at least beat the habs and Boston

  2. It is a war of attrition and see who falls out the map the first

You have to keep winning and grabbing points

The first two games of this next 4 set the tone

If you lose the first two, it is really hard to come back morale wise to get points in the next two

Montreal game will be a high scoring game possibly, we need to keep them from scoring more than two. Need to make it a low event physical game and win 2:1.

Boston has been an under 500 team away from home, they lost to NJD and Habs in OT away from home in consecutive games. That is a game that could go to OT.

Ottawa one we need to hope their goalies don’t stand on their heads.

  3. To be honest I think the popularity ray got in the Olympics for his highlight assists got in his head a bit and he's trying to be that more than a sniper

  4. We really make a big stride if we beat the Habs. It's keeping the momentum from the last two games going, for one thing. And, obviously the points advantage that comes from leapfrogging them. Make a statement – the Wings are to be contended with. That's got to be a win to set the stage for the next week to ten days.

  5. The NHL's points system is garbage! We need a change. Montreal vs. Boston going to overtime at this point in the season is a given.

3 points after regulation, or alternatively, no points guaranteed for reaching overtime.
