Key storylines include Troy Terry’s triumphant return and 3-point night, the ongoing chemistry between Terry and Leo Carlsson, and the not-so surprising healthy scratch of Mason McTavish after a lengthy scoring slump. 1. Hopefully the scratch wakes up mctavish been just a shootout guy most of the year he has another level and he’s not playing it

  2. Yo, my guy Troy Terry is my guy! Glad he's back. And John Carlson fell right into the gap and had a huge impact on the game. LET'S GO DUCKS!

  3. They should put McTavish back on the line with Cutter and Senneke. That was one of the best lines in the whole league. Splitting that line also coincides with McTavish's decline in production.

  4. I'm not a John Carlson hater, but I question the trade. 1 game doesn't make it worth it, only time will tell. The truth on this trade might not be known for 5 years. I'm rooting for Carlson. I want him to succeed. Yet, in the 3rd, he wasn't much of a difference maker. He was +1 on a night that the Ducks scored 4 goals. He didn’t score a goal, nor an assist.

Certainly Terry and Gauthier were the top stories of the game. Did you note that Demidov got the 2nd star? That was a hometown star.

Agreed, McTavish needs to get his head back in the game.
