  1. First comment please shoutout Robert Thomas should be the captain because they are ready make it obvious and he is a 2019 Stanley cup champion veteran best center!

  2. Difficulty: Kyrou…Oshie…Schwartz…they were all "scary" too. Blues need a proven goal scorer or two. Right now, it's just a bunch of playmakers who are good at passing, but can't come up with the big goal.

  3. We need a veteran teacher type like ROR!! Why we did not resign him was so STUPID. Kyrou and Thomas weren't really a part of the 2019 team. Good that we kept Parayko.

  4. Justin Carbonneau is the goal scorer the Blues need so much–imagine him playing with Thomas and Snuggerud, could be a very potent line offensively. Then they could have a 2nd line of Holloway, Dvorsky and Kyrou, which could also be very potent offensively. The Future looks very bright for the Blues.

  5. Jiricek will start in the AHL next year.
carbonneau will need time, probably most of next year will be in the AHL.
The QMHL is known to be the weakest junior hockey programs.

Unless you are only concerned with making the playoffs as a wild card and just competing but not for the Stanley Cup keep Thomas. If you really want to build on a legit Stanley Cup contender for years to come get a haul for
Thomas and try to get a couple of blue chip prospects for the 20 to 24 year old range.

I wound be against trading Kyrou and one or two of your later 1st round picks to move up the draft if there is a game changing player available.
This team needs a game changing player to give them a chance to be a real Stanley Cup contender and the blues just do not have it at this time.

  6. Also trade Parayko at 32 years old. He is very overrated in the local media hear. That Buffalo trade would have been a stroke of genius. When Parayko is in front of the net he doesn’t use his size to clear the net but instead wants to stick check !

  7. Great show guyz…….I am hearing Army is going to Toronto (I don't know why because that franchise has been cursed for decades). And everyone pump the brakes on Jiricek and Carbs…….both will start in the AHL next season IMO. Kyrou will be Steen's 1st sacrificial lamb to go……which can be packaged for a healthy return – package in say a 1st or 3rd rounder. Suter may be traded to by Steener……He's "Swiss and not a Swede" LOL

  8. Army will be remembered w/respect. Mr. Steen ,I believe has a lot of flexibility regarding the draft . And I think he's smart enough to make the most of it .peace
