Guys when you dont defend, even a lesser team can destroy you in the NHL. I can only imagine what this retrograding must be like for leadership, especially when they cant be on the ice with injuries. If you showed a person living in Siberia in a damn shack one game, even they would pick up such horrible mistakes and low confidence even if they've never seen hockey or sports for that matter.
