Conroy is taking everybody to the cleaners! Strome is the new Kadri star that everybody needs.

I like this channel, wtf is this guy talking about, Matt Stajan for the money was one of the worst Flames ever for the money. He was making 5% up to his last year and was so good at that point nobody wanted to give him a tryout. Though I am still on aboard with Conroy in the general direction he is taking, I’m no longer sure about the contracts especially Coronato, Sherangovich, and Wolf. Hope I am wrong, but we are committing a lot to guys that are not producing at that level this year, and Stajan and Jokinen had big games right after coming over, still a small sample on Strome, if he can improve a lot of course it’s a deal, but also usually a reason players are given away, I doubt the Ducks took the Flames 7th when someone else was offering a 6th

Conroy needs more reins in this organization. He has a real vision and needs to have his hands on all aspects of hockey operations.
He has lost good locker guys in Weegar and Kadri. Got very good assets for them and has brought in Strome and Whitecloud who are very very good locker room guys and take way less cap space. They aren't the same caliber players but we don't need them to be because the young guns are going to take over.
If we can get a superstar talent like mckenna or Stenberg. Sky is the limit for this team.
I personally think Zarubin will be our franchise goalie if he continues to improve.

Strome has 4 points. Only 2 players from the 7th round of the 2016 draft have recorded 4+ points.
They’re already ahead on that alone. If they flip him for anything better, it’s a home run.
