OK Guys, it’s time to take a look at the game last night between the Montreal Canadiens and the San Jose Sharks! The Sharks win this one by a score of 4-2. Celebrini put on an absolute show at the Bell center! But the officiating was definitely suspect. Lets take a look!

Fuck those rats, how is Celebrini gonna look at Canadians like that after bringing home a silver medal? What a fucking bum. Go back to pedo land buddy.
Something needs to change with the defensive structure. I was hoping we would’ve made a trade for a dman but now I’m realizing it’s the system that doesn’t seem to work. The PK is horrible and shrinks towards the net, it’s very passive and gives teams a ton of open ice. The power play, although statistically good, has suffered a lot recently and it’s because they’re trying to force that Caufield bumper pass to Slaf, it has worked before but it’s much less effective than Caufield just taking one timers from his usual spot. It’s very predictable what they are trying to do. Way too many turnovers in the defensive zone that need to be cleaned up also.
Why was celebrini running around with zero coverage?
Bad habs puck luck this game…
It all started with benching Gally
Carrier -> Laval. Brutal.
1st official made a big boo boo
Sharks played a better game, showed more heart. They stayed composed even after a nasty injury and a couple stupid calls against them. Gonna be honest they are super scary. Macklin is and has been extremely similar to Gretzky for a few years now. Happy for them, they deserve the next 10+ years of fun they're gonna get.. the assholes.. 😄
It's so fucking stupid that the refs totally fuck up and bear no responsibility.
Josh Anderson could be a 40 goal scorer if he didn’t have literal bricks for hands. The guy is so infuriating to watch, especially that thing where he just takes the puck around then net and then does absolutely fuck all with it.
Always makes me laugh when the sharks beat a team and the team has an existential crisis.
Its not like the team is 6 points out of 1st place (with games at hand) and playoffs or not, the team is looking at around a 30 point jump from last season.
I think the offside challenge should only be available until the defending team maintains possession. If they lose it in their zone and then a goal follows, too bad.
Refs blew their load a little early
Time for Laine on the powerplay?
These defenseless Habs will be a one-n-done once the real hockey starts. And they never should have sat Gallagher , the heart of the team. Texier probably does deserve to be playing, but I would have given him Dach's spot.
Stone Handerson stunner delivered
The boys didn't look their best last night. Shots and passes not hitting the mark. I think they played decent, but not like they've been playing lately. Every team has off nights – just can't have too many of them. They are 5-2-3 in their last 10 (65%), which is very good, but they have to keep that pace or they could be on the outside looking because the competition is fierce. If they keep a 65% pace, they'll finish at 104 points. One has to think that will be enough to make the playoffs, and that's when a whole new season starts.
Cant win m all !
Winning tonight to be 2nd in ATLANTIC!
MSL was badly outcoached in this game – in terms of effective game plan AND having (not having) his team ready & motivated to compete.
NHL… corrupt or just incompetent officiating?
Vincent Desharnais cross checked and broke his stick while doing so, it was worth a penalty but not roughing
I’m a simple man. I see a junkie video, I watch.
Shoutout the Waterford
DOES “KAZAKHSTAN” MEAN “STANDINGS”?? Please someone explain it to me 😭
i'm not sure if anyone else mentioned this but, to me, it looked like the Sharks second goal (the long floating shot from Ferraro) was tipped by #44 Sherwood with the stick above his shoulders. Shouldn't that be disallowed?
gally is just getting rest, he'll be there in playoffs. It's a smart move
Celebrini is better than McDavid, maybe even better than Gretzky, an impressive guy!!!
As a lifelong sharks fan the Habs are becoming my second favourite team. The game yesterday was so fun, you guys are one of our most even matchups imo even if the scores don’t always show it
Give Celebrini credit*, sharks would be irrelevant if it weren’t for his play this year.
Sharks are most like Habs
Junkie serious question. With all the disrespect for Arber playing defense. Should the Habs try and develop him as a Josh Anderson/ Tom Wilson type of forward? I would die if we ruin a beast like Him. I hate how they are treating him and developing him. He has so much potential. Go HABS GO. I have so much respect for heart player's like him. Just my thoughts
When the goin gets tough, the tough get scratched. Fu Martin St Louis
The two from the point were not on Dobes. Horrible D not capable of clearing the net/ One hit the guys in front and went in the other was a wall of people taking away Dobes' view. Love the d corps but they are not up to the task I am afraid.
I'm hoping the Sharks get that last playoff spot over Seattle.
Seattle has zero offense & won't have a chance in the 1st round.
Celebrini loves scoring against the Canadiens but couldn’t score for the Canadians when it mattered most in Milan
He spanked my Bruins
Montreal played terrible for most of the game. Just watch how fast they skate, and how quickly they accelerate and stop. For the majority of the game, it was a lot of slow skating and coasting. Once the end of the game came and they realized they needed to score, they started trying and taking control of the game. They were able to, but it was too late. It doesn't help when other teams get lucky and score totally fluke goals. But, the fact that we don't generate much traffic in front of the net means we aren't going to get those fluke goals very often.
No Habs fan has any right to complain about the refs…. ever!
Stay positive folks. It's one game. They keep learning
I love Josh. But if we could somehow get him to aim a little better … ah, never mind.
Why would they bench gallagher man pls bring him back soon the habs need his fighting spirit
