CANADIENS MAKE MOVES! 🚨 Mittelstadt Signs | Kidney Traded | What It Means

The Montreal Canadiens made a few interesting moves today.

GM Kent Hughes traded prospect Riley Kidney to the Ottawa Senators and received Hunter Shepard and Jake Chiasson.

But the key move could be the signing of defenseman Luke Mittelstadt, who will join the Laval Rocket after four seasons with the Minnesota Golden Gophers men’s ice hockey.

Mittelstadt should help stabilize Laval’s defense for the playoff push.

The addition of Shepard also likely confirms that Jacob Fowler stays in Montreal until the end of the season.
