  1. Stop. Just stop.
The only team we've beaten that isn't in the bottom 3rd of the league since the Olympic break is Pitt. And they aren't exactly the class of the league.
I'm all for growth and confidence for Laffy and the rest of them. But, there is a lot of work to do.

  2. I am loving what LaFreniere is doing. I keep waiting for the rug to be pulled out from under us, but it hasn't happened yet.

  3. Pretty obvious to slap JT on the line with Cuylle and Trocheck. Our pp is looking good right now so that’s gonna be a tough one for JT but if you’re the captain you gotta just suck it up.

  4. still bitter about sheary getting so much opportunity over young prospects that could make an impact for now or beyond or at least get a look

  5. I did love Panarin ,but it seems like Alexis is the play driver now ..Puck is on his stick much longer ..Line is great ,but love him and Gabe ..Awesome to watch !

  6. I’m seeing a lot of positives since the Olympic break. The energy and enthusiasm that the younger guys are showing is making these games worth watching. Yes they’re not playoff bound but in reality we’ve known early on this Ranger team had no chance of making any noise this year. That was beyond evident when they started the season by setting the all time NHL record games for being shutout at home!

Laf stepping his game up big time since the Panarin trade, Mika looking like he’s enjoying the game again and playing lights out, Perreault showing why he was a first round pick, Laba comes to play every night, and last night Edstrom making some noise!! I’m hoping Cuylle can get back to playing like he did last season.

  7. Once again we are getting ahead of ourselves. Beating bad teams. Playing with more energy but pucks are bouncing our way . Jets goalie had a terrible night

  8. Watching Lafreniere for the last three games is a huge turnaround on his part and I feel Perrault has a lot to do with it. Yes they’re in last place in their division but honestly I have not had so much fun watching the Rangers play as I do now. I don’t know who did what but whatever they are doing to get this team ready for each game “Don’t Stop “. LGR.

  9. Not exactly “sneaky” when it’s your own prospect and standard procedure.

    Rangers sign their prospect.

  10. This is why its all abiut the team "mix", certain players dictate a style of play that affects the rest. Panarin was a great player but I think his style forced NY to play one way and thats it (even though he was only on one line). Same with other players that are gone now, the door is open to let loose and take chances. I think the mindset has changed and Sullivan has to implement more of the younger guys now and learn more of their real potential.

  11. Lafreniere needs to hold this pace and improvement, he can't go backwards in his development after 2024 season, after he got that contract he seemed to dissappear

  12. The Rangers are playing well and with some energy now that the pressure is off. Laf is on a heater. 🔥
Where was this type of energy and effort 2 months ago when it mattered?
