Hey Mike, since the Jets are making such a savvy move bringing back Geno Smith, do you think that the tea leaves read for the Jets bringing in Emmit Smith and maybe even kick the tires on a Bubba Smith? Emmit still had something left in the tank a couple of years ago with Arizona, and Bubba, despite his comedy films, can bring a dead serious veteran presence to that young defense. Also, it may be a reach, but maybe they bring in Will Smith to educate Geno on how to roll with a shot to the face, just in case hes still gambling? Ive got two more after that if youve got the time.

I have no idea why everyone’s solution for fixing the NBA is to shorten the season. Players only want to play 60-65 out of 82 games now, so if you shorten a season to 70-72 do they all think the players are gonna now want to play 10-15 more games? No. If you shorten the season to 70-72 they’re gonna wanna play only 50-55 games. The only way to fix the NBA is no guaranteed contracts and if you play you get paid. And that will probably never happen so in my view the NBA is doomed forever.
So we are just gonna ignore genos seasons in Seattle and just jump to last year when he was on a team w the worst o line in football and had ZERO people to throw too aside from bowers who kept getting injured?? You sound like a casual Mike 😂
