Retool. Its done all the time. But it will not happen under this GM and coach. Buy Reilly out. Go get faster, younger, some hungry players that want to be a leaf. Some grit, some DOGS. Play Cowan top 6, PP the rest of the way. Mathews should not be on the PP any longer. All of this can be done with the right leadership. We do not have that right now. One example – If the coach was fired 20, 30 games ago, a few roster changes… we would be going o the playoffs. The GM can not think outside the box. He must go. Way to many yes type people in the organization. All getting paid a lot of money to fail. SAD. What a mess.
