Terrible call. Nurse bumped him into the goalie. If you don't see it, you're bias.
Don't listen to these clowns a 5 minute major was absolutely the right call there anything less and you'll have every goalie having their heads taken off like Ingram did by MacKinnon
If you guys were paying CLOSE ATTENTION to the game there's 2 cameras on the net 1 showed Nathan McKinnon crashing into Darnall nurse who was protecting the net and the one that was in the net showing the collision itself

Noodles is wrong here. He's brushing aside the contact Nurse made, which was the biggest reason for the contact. Every angle before contact showed MacKinnon's skates going away from Ingram, not into him. Nurse's fault.
There are a few angles that CLEARLY show that Nurse's contact caused the hit. Mackinnon was angled away and was at the top of the crease before Nurse hit him.
At the very least, it’s a 2 minute penalty for MacKinnion. Cause I think even with the contact with Nurse or not, I don’t think he slows down or changes his angle enough to avoid the contact with Ingram. The contact with Nurse doesn’t help, and made it become a lot worse. However, it should’ve been 2 minute penalty, or maybe a 5 minute major without being thrown out of the game.
That is 5 any day to any player with that type of contact. Doesnt and shouldnt matter if it is Mackinnon or McDavid or anyone else.
Nothing better than when the beer league goalie has to come out and play. That is one of the endearing qualities of the nhl.

You’ve been watching too much terrible Canadian hockey if you don’t know that it is easily avoidable contact.
That hit screams incedental to me. Mackinnon comes in and you can see him try to turn off until the Nurse collision stops him from doing so and as a result turns him back towards ingram. Could you give a 4 min penalty sure but a 5 and an ejection…i don't think so.
MacKinnon is a good enough skater he would not have touched Ingram or gone into the blue. Nurse was the one who casued any contact at all.
Mackinnon is one of the best skaters in the world, he can control his body on the ice wayyy more than the average NHL player. He would have avoided contact completely without Nurses 220 pounds impeding him.
High sticking double minors. 99% of the time it’s not intentional. It’s the result of the infraction that matters.
Mckinnon constantly skates out of control. This is absolutely on him.

MacKinnon would have easily cleared the crease and it was the contact from defender that caused the incident. Period. It was a really bad call. You can assess it as a 2 minute minor if you like but reviewing it and making that call is a JOKE.

I can live with this take. Mackinnon never touches Ingram if his lanes not taken away. The contact isnt necessarily the cause its blocking the lane. Bednar broke it down perfectly today. Nurse lost the foot race and that caused this in the first place.
ebug is nuts. In my day, a skater (me) would have to don the pads if the goalie got hurt. So, I just became a goalie. Best position ever – just gotta remember they're not (most of the time) trying to hit you, but miss you.

Mac should get a game suspension for the hit on Nurse's head. With ANY other hit to the head it's a sussy. The forward doesn't get the right of way FFS. He hit Nurse, end of story. Nurse didn't hit Mac. Mac did TWO head hits in less than a second so F Mac and F Bednar for being mad about it after.
Doesn’t matter about the goalie if your player causes the contact.
