Anquan was my favorite Card back then. Why? After catching a ball he did not head for the sidelines. He dropped a shoulder and knocked the corner over! Real Football. Loved you buddy!
The sad thing is Boldin is remembered more for Warner putting a ball up that caused him to need facial surgery where Warner almost retired over his guilt, than how he played on the field.
For real Kurt warner took a nobody Arizona team to the highest level. I'm Rams fan so I was rooting for Arizona so hard. Great team that year for sure 💯
It's crazy to think that the Cardinals are actually the oldest team in the NFL, going back to 1899. Yet they don't have the legendary reputation like the other OG NFL franchises like the Packers, Giants, and Bears have.
That 2008 Cardinals team were true underdogs in every sense of the word. The whole world wanted them to win the Super Bowl that year. It's a shame they didn't. What a story though.
The fact that teams would rather lose games just to play their first round draft pick is wild 😂😂 and people think you’re watching the best players take the field 🤦🏻♂️
As a Lions fan The Cardinals getting to a Super Bowl to this day was the lowest of lows. Everyone has been there but us. (Jax est 1993, Cleveland and Houston both est 1999) Are the only teams other than The Lions to never ever make it to The Super Bowl

Damn Leinart is taking a beating here. Lol
Leinart was such a bust. Right away too. He never really took off. Is that embarrassing considering his college success?
Ram fan here. I became a temporary Arizona fan. I wish you would've beaten Pittsburgh.
Damn
I remember this as a kid. Anquan really was the turning point
Crazy how much bullshit that Kurt Warner had to put up with, and he always remained humble the entire time. Just be ready when your name is called.
Kurt, Larry, Anquan, Breaston, Beanie Wells, Timmy Hightower, DRC, Adrian Wilson, Karlos Dansby, Darnell Dockett, man that Cards team was special 😢

Still the laughing stock sadly.

As a Ravens fan, I loved watching that Cards team! Kurt, Fitzgerald and Boldin were some of my favorites
Him and breast was the hart of ari
So crazy having Kurt on the bench then they end up having to start him and they go to the Superbowl. Kurt does not get talked about enough
The Cardinals are STILL THE LAUGHING STOCK! Nobody is going to Coach this team!😢
We're the laughing stock again. It isn't our coach, it's our owner
The rams players would have said the same thing ! Then Kurt came in dude is a legend revived 2 NFL franchises
One of my favorite players ever

Letting Boldin go was one of the biggest mistakes the Cardinals ever made. And that is saying a lot.

Truth
Had they went with Kurt from start and developed Matt his career may have turned out different

I'm still trying to find out why Boldin isn't in Canton? It's still a mystery.
Players used to want to win
I think Boldin put Arizona on the map.. cause he was right, they were just a pathetic franchise before he got drafted there
He was a big reason why my Ravens won the SB in 2012. The defense wasn't as good as it had been. The offense was number 1 in 2012

Having packages for a pocket passing nfl vet is crazy 😂
Quan was one of the toughest WR i ever seen play the game. He could play in any area. 🫡

There's just something about a left handed QB that makes them awkward.
Im NGL the Cardinals absolutely should have won the Super Bowl in 08/09. I mean, i know if they should have the would have, i know, i know….
But man, seeing Kurt get #2 with Larry Fitzgerald would have been absolute poetry
Loved that team. Warner was obviously incredible but when that offense was clicking, they were unstoppable
