Rick needs to stop acting like a vindictive petty child.
I would love to see a real honest vote by the season ticket holders. I would bet the results would be, fire Danny, fire Jones and fire Toc. This team, draft pics, GM and coach are so unexciting.
teams that have been good for years still have better prospects than the Flyers and the Phantoms have nothing I don't see much difference between Torts and Tocchet Hilferty needs to can Briere and Flahr
Please make a montage of all Tocchets interviews where he criticizes Michkov directly and indirectly. I think it would be good for people to see. It might be an hour long…but it would be a top viewed video
Tocchet is a worthless good ol boy hire with no merit WHATSOEVER to be hired as a HC. Fire him
Ant and the rest of the journos alwats bag on Fletcher/Torts and say that they were a joke w/o acknowledging that there is practically 0 change with this current regime. Danny learned under Fletcher, Tocchet is essentially just Torts but thinks he knows what to do on a PP. Flahr syill here, all the scouts, still here, all the hangaround old Flyers still have offices and titles and voices. Its an organizational failure to clean house and update their methodology and values. They want to employ and turn players into the Broad Street Bullies, a bygone era. The game has changed, and the whole org is stuck in the 70s.

So that means … for Tochett, a marginal third-line player like Brink was more important in his eyes than the Michkov developpment, That's completely insane. This guy needs to be removed as soon as possible… Please, those of you with season tickets, you are the only voice that can be heard: do not renew your season tickets.
The only way this gets fixed is if Michkov does what he needs to do to come to camp next year in shape!!!!!!! Michkov did this to himself!!!!!!!!! Buddy trying to be Russian Patrik Laine! HARD WORK IS REWARDED!!!! LAZINESS HAS IT'S CONSEQUENCES!!!!!!!!! Good for Tocchet!!!!!
Rod Brind'Amour would be the same way with Svech, Jarvis, or Aho if they came to camp out of shape. Ask Erik Haala! Your an Athlete. Act like one!!!!! Your job is to stay in play ready shape!!!!! Sorry I am a coach as well and would do the same to my guys on my Men's team and my Females on my Woman's team. You are harder on those who have more potential and are just pissing it away. The ones who work harder are the ones I wants to play over the lazy possibly more talented players. The lazy player will give up on plays. The hard working player doesn't know how to give up on a play. That hard work starts off the ice!!!!!

I liked the Tocchet hire, but I'm starting to think Tocchet does dislike or at minimum there's a personality conflict here…this club house and the way they didn't show up last night it's becoming aparent

Russ is the peoples champ. He never takes any accountability for any of his actions. Always blaming something
Since Toc became the coach the team is one of the most boring teams in the NHL. I honestly find myself nodding off or on my laptop during a lot of the games.
Matvei is a low hockey IQ player. He does not want to play the system or learn the language. Gets pushed off the puck along the boards too easy. Makes bad choices with the puck. He is not a good player. Not motivated to play better. Just wants to freelance.
Tocchet was a bad hire, pure nepotism by Jones.
“Mich wants to try it.” Wtf is that? Gtfoh with that nonsense. He knows what he is good at and where he feels the best and works the best for his skill set and the team. He’s not a mite begging to play center to score goals
He’s being told by DB (if not both DB and KJ) to play Mich more at 5 v 5, 5 v 4 and put him on the RW. And now he’s trying to save his ego and make it about himself with these responses.
He's done nothing as a head coach to have the ego he has
I agree with Russ’ point of view with Michkov but then Barkey comes up. I actually think Barkey is being misused and poorly developed. Barkey isn’t this offensive juggernaut. Barkey is doing very little to help the power play but sees power play time, even over Grebenkin, who could be a good net front presence. Denver Barkey hasn’t been terrible but I think he’s more suited in the AHL. Alex Bump looks like a player who benefited from starting the season in the AHL.
I don't think Tocchet makes it to next season. There is clearly a disconnect between management and the coach.
