Last year I was sick of reading comments from the Leafs' fans going on about being "Canada's Team" and referring to the Habs as the "toilet seats", etc… Karma's a biatch for sure but i still feel bad for them, because ANY Canadian team that brings it back home will make me very happy and I hate to see a Canadian franchise hurt like that, period. Minnesotan here, I spent a bunch of time in Montreal for work. Despite the insistence by Anglos that Montrealers are snobby, the only arrogant people I ever met in Quebec were Anglos from Toronto. Completely obnoxious. So my team is the Wild, but the Canadiens are my adopted favorite Canadian team and I especially love seeing them smoke the leafs.
