The Dallas Stars extended their current point streak to 12 games (11-0-1) on Sunday with a 4-3 OT win over the Chicago Blackhawks at American Airlines Center. Tonight, they have a chance to tie their second-longest point streak in franchise history (13) as they host the slumping Vegas Golden Knights in downtown Dallas (7 p.m. CT). Vegas has ridden a roller coaster of winning streaks and slumps all season and they are currently mired in a six-game span with just one victory (1-5-0). But the Golden Knights have been in the ditch much longer than that. Even with a short three-game win streak in February, Vegas has only five victories in their last 16 games since mid-January (5-10-1, 11 pts., 0.344).
