Being an Islanders fan that started watching in 2014, I've never had the chance to watch a player this good on the team I cheer for. Tavares was good when he was here, Barzal has always been great but never of them are transformative to the entire teams game like this. Roy's system is perfectly catered to Schaefer but that's because it's depends on Schaefer

Love the escapability part, I watch him every night and that needs to be his next level he strives to get get better at to unlock truly elite status.
It's what Hughes, Makar, and Hutson do that sets them apart from everyone else in the offensive zone.
