If you think McDavid won them that game then you obviously didn't watch the game. Why is this guy so bias towards Bouchard? He has been the best defensmen in the league this year, he's on the PP, PK, putting up the most points by a defensmen. Guy deserves serious Norris consideration. You want to judge him by his giveaways he had earlier this season? How about Makar's mis plays that cost Canada the gold? You Yankees don't know hockey.
It's a loose puck. They're both going for it. You're allowed to do that. They run into each other. Celebrini's head gets hit because he's bent over. What do we do from now on in hockey? If the guy's bent over you just have to let him have the puck for free? It's a hockey play. You see it a hundred times a year. Too bad Celebrini got dinged, but if you don't wanna get dinged, play jacks or hop skotch. Don't play hockey.

50 year caps fan, i do enjoy the insights you have unless its good cop ,bad cop ,i think you should watch the gms press conference again unless he is lying he said past midnight the carlson deal got done. the one thing i would like to think i would do is drive to his house personally no matter what time instead of leaving a message. patrick has to find himself as a new GM, he was broken up by the trade(again watch the press conference) caps only have themselves to blame by losing so much,i think if you get a first for 20 nhl games, you win. if caps have true leadership they should play to make playoffs ,which i think they will. they need a 9-0-1 stretch here,something they have already did this year to at least have a chance.

Frank every time you say Logan Stanley isn't much better or different than Jacob Bryson, you lose whatever hockey credibility you have left. 1, you're talking about literally the smallest least physical DMan in the league who brings nothing offensively to make up for it, in exchange the biggest Dman, who will be a physical presence, has a good shot, and even if it's an outlier, has more goals this year than Bryson's whole career. You mention Rosen was a former first rd pick. Ok, so was Stanley. He finally seems to be coming to into his own. And Bryson couldn't Crack a bottom pair for a team that plays its bottom pair the least amount in the league. It's a clear upgrade.
