Turns out, they didn't fire Knobby after the last game. If they didn't do it during the Owelympic break, I don't see it happening until the end of the season, and even then it will depend on how far they get.

I donāt watch other teams and I know to find a spark to change lines. But do other teams have their lines blended as much?
Projected lineups? In Kris Knoblauch's Oilers? Knoblauch has lost the plot, i think much of his previous success is due to the assistant coaches.
Theoretically if the Oilers fired Knoblauch who would they replace him with? Deboer, Torterella, or Coffey?

Podzy with Kapanen works so why split them up? And if you're gonna move Podzy you have to move Kapanen with him because just work too well together. Another confusing move by this coach. I really like that āplay with emotionā point. I was really irritated in the last game that they werenāt hitting and trying to take a pound of flesh in some way at the end.
I didnāt like the reffing and it would have been some consolation if they showed they were pissed off about something at the end.

Praying the Oilers get blown out every game until the end of this season. Leaf fans have accepted they are not winning the cup this year and there is even talk about Matthews. Spending another 2 years hoping is not going to bring the cup home. Oiler GM sank this team with incredibly bad moves that one can only think was intentional.
