IMO Laffy ironically got fucked up by Breadman being there, he boosted the team way past rebuilding and Laffy never got the opportunity to develop like a top prospect
You forgot several great players in 2017 draft that were picked later. Nick Suzuki at #13 (better player than Pettersson now), Robert Thomas at #17, Jake Oettinger at #26, Jason Robertson st #39.
Nah in that draft with Alexi I had Tim Stüzle as the actual Nr1 draft but I thought Alexi was gonna be a bust but he is alright. The redraft of 2020 (top 5) is 1: Stüzle 2: Raymond 3: Sanderson 4: Jarvis 5: I’m torn between Lundell or Byfield but going for Byfield because I think he has a higher ceiling he started of slow but has picked up the pace while Lundell have been a consistent 30+ point player so in the end he might be more consistent then Byfield 🤷♂️
When the Bruins drafted Tyler Seguin I thought he would be the guy in Boston forever. Rookie year they win a cup. A pretty damn good roster with Bergeron, Chara, Marchand. Then he just can’t be mature enough and they end up trading him. Still a good player but I thought he’d be a super star in Boston. Sucks how it all happened
1. Laff was drafted into a team that wasn't rebuilding. And he was stunted because they were in win now, stuck on the 4th and 3rd line for too long. He's still a top line potential player.
2. Pull my harvey… He just didn't have it, I don't know why people thought he was supposed to be a world ender.

We finnish people knew that Puljujärvi was not going to be as good as people tought. But no one saw him being a bust this bad

Dude Nolan Patrick could’ve been a legend, feel so bad for the guy

As a Kings fan, Byfield comes to mind sadly
This video is underrated It deserves more views.
Kirby Dach
Damien Brunner and Gustav Nyquist on the Red Wings. I thought both of em were the next Pavel Datsyuk.
Yakupov…
Nail Yakupov one of the biggest busts in nhl history
Mckenna is giving Yakupov vibes.
