  1. Sabres been hotter than Sydney Sweeney kinda feels like a gut punch!!! Idk how to feel?? Which defencemen out there helps us go deep in the playoffs. Or who can we go after it’s great to see Kekalainen trying his hardest to be aggressive so we can compete with Tampa and Carolina

  2. Maybe could end up being great for us. That price we were about to give up could get us piece that turns us into a 14 year drought to 😬 Buffalo Is a team I really want to avoid in the playoffs series Cup Contender

  3. Oh how quickly the Buffacope kicks in when players say fuck no I'm not moving there. Blues have a cup because ORy couldn't handle the nonsense anymore. Thanks, by the way.

  4. Social media is a funny place. One day Sabers fans were giddy about the trade. The next, after they find out Parayko declined to waive his NTC to go there, they are relieved.

  5. Yarmo is 0 for 1. But he is doing well with Kevin Adam’s (sports executive of the year?) team! Too bad, that move definitely would have made the team stronger.

  6. I was fine with his decision either way. I also thought it was a bit much to give up, but appreciated the attempt to go big and he obviously would have helped this season. Oh well.

  7. We clearly missed out on a player who does not prioritize winning.

But no -trade clauses make the NHL faaarrrr less entertaining.

  8. You all missed out on a fantastic future hall of famer, Stanley cup winner and Olympian. If you think 6.5 million is expensive you don’t want to win with Colton your d would be huge along with power holly crap that reminds me of parayko with boumeester big time shut down d men. Also a proven winner unlike a rookie with no track record and a 1st rd pick with no nhl time.

  9. I just hope that – after going out loaded for bear (and not bagging any) – Jarmo will not be embarrassed to bring back much smaller game. He can – and should – acquire a couple of depth d-men to prepare for a long playoff run. Bring in two guys better than Bryson and anyone on the blueline in Rochester.

  10. I wonder if Jarmo did this on purpose, knowing he wouldn't waive his no trade clause. It simers the fan base a bit and shows you are trying. I mean the news came out that the deal was done and they didnt even ask Parayko yet? Seems a bit weird but glad he said no lol.

  11. Potential Hall of Famer? Has this guy even seen Parayko play? He had a couple of good years, but the last few years, he's been, at best, mediocre. He doesn't play like a big man, he's not Chris Pronger.

  12. Do you think every general manager in every sport has a Bat Phone in use to make and field calls before the trade deadline?
