MN does not have the assets to trade ….. MN has 7 UFA's ages 30-38 all they have is and 1st rounder in 2027 & 2028 and ZERO 2nd rounders. MN will be going through the same things the Rangers are going through in a couple of years.
At this point I do not like this trade for the Wild. I would prefer to hold onto Charlie Stramel as well as our other young prospects. We have done enough trading at this point. ( Fabbri, Gentry, Foligno, Brink, McCarron, so on, so forth. Let Stramel take his time and develop with the Wild. Vinny Trocheck would just add another chaotic addition at this point. Team chemistry is more important.
