  1. I would love to see Dobes or Monty get hot, however the Defense needs to absolutely play better. Arber needs to hang out with Chris Pronger this summer and become a shutdown defenseman. Im OK with not hitting panic button and staying the course with the chemistry of this team.

  2. Serge Savard as a GM said: Sometimes doing no trade is the best trade!!!! He is the last GM who won the cup in Montreal and he won 8 as a player!!!!!

  3. Habs are still a number 1 goalie, a number 2 centre, another big right d-man and a tougher 4th line away from even
    competing for a Cup

  4. We're still three big pieces away from being in our window anyway. I was kind of hoping to be surprised, but I'm glad we didn't make a panic trade and overpay!

  5. Man, I'm a SJ Sharks fan and after seeing the Sharks pile up 7 goals on the Habs the other night, I thought the least the Canadiens would do is get a goalie for the playoffs. Oh well!

  6. Half the fanbase wants the big names and trades now but the real ones know we have to trust the process these guys know more than all of us

  7. Kent Hughes fait un excellent travail et il a toujours fait de bons échanges qui ont portés fruits. Moi j’ai confiance à 💯 en lui

  8. I dont see the urge to trade or buy players if there isnt a VERY SPECIAL move to do. Habs arent at the bottom and we have few kids who need more time to be ready for long playoff journeys. All the people complaining are probably just not understanding the plan lol. Trading just for trading and gettin nothing special a our point isnt necessary.

  9. I absolutely love this, great move to not do hasty moves. Loved the team this year and what the team management is doing. Still hyped for the rest of the seasons and playoffs

  10. Someone actually mentioned… That the Atlantic is going to be a very competitive division for awhile as a lot of the rebuilding teams are no longer rebuilding. So now you'll have 8 very competitive Atlantic division teams.
