  1. Honestly, I think I would give Allvin / Rutherford a B grade for this deadline. Only because they couldn’t trade Debrusk, Blueger, or Kane. But overall I am satisfied enough.

  2. I'm ok keeping Blueger, he's a good locker-room presence for young guys to learn from. If they load up on fighters, that will be worth watching until the rebuild is over.

  3. Keeping Blueger around maybe on a one year and over pay his salary as incentive might be a plan , if his leadership skills are worth it. Kane can walk. Next year maybe the hockey Gods will shine on Petterson's knee, and he'll regain his PoP. Then big maybe we can trade him for a first without retaining. Douglas could be a beast. He might fit in with this bunch in Van.

  4. I am disappointed that Kane and Blueger could not get moved but at least we got something for Reichel and Kampf. Reichel cost us a 4th and we get a 6th so we paid a cost to take a chance on him. Is Cootes joining us full time next year as a 3C? That would mean Curtis is 4C unless we make Blueger 4C.

  5. I agree with you about Riechel, he just never got a chance, and I'm fine with keeping Blueger as long as they re-sign him, letting him walk now is unacceptable. They both performed well at the Olympics, unlike Petey, who's shitty bloated contract is Untradeable. I'm upset that Kane and DeBrusk didn't get moved, but it's no surprise, they're both aging, underperforming, overpaid wingers, and DeBrusk has 5 fucking years left! At least Kane's contract is up, and I can't see them extending him, he's 5 years older than DeBrusk, so he walks and we get nothing, great job Allvine! The other 31 team owners need to force the Aquilini's to sell the team to New ownership, they've had Twenty years of failure, enough is enough! Like why call up Mueller when both Rätÿ and Sasson are both in the line-up? The 4th line tonight will be made up of 3 centers, WTF? Why not call up Bains, or Klimovich so you have at least one natural winger? This management is Fucked, Owners, GM, President, Coaches, all of them. FUCKED!

  6. Draft picks mean zilch!!Your scouting system is what makes it successful!!And you’re right Riechel was stupid to trade!!Riechel was doing good in Abortsford
