Drury failed to make a single trade since trade freeze was lifted. Watch him fail and not make any trade, there are only so many teams that have assets, cap space and want/need for our players.

If Drury made a deal too soon that wasnt good enough, everyone would bash him, now he waits to get the best deal and he gets bashed. Which is it? If we cant cant the right offers now, it will have to be in the off season.

To be honest and I cant believe I'm saying this, but Drury is right. You look at what Weeger got traded for, Tyler Myers got traded for. If Guerin and Minnesota is sticking to a 2027 1st rd pick, Charlie Stramel, and a lower level prospect then Drury is right to wait. Bill Guerin is trying to fleece Drury and probably is cocky enough to think that Drury will panick and give in. While that is an option, I think Drury knows that his Job really depends on the Trocheck, Schneider, Lafrienere trades. So, for once I agree with Drury. If Guerin is stating that a 2027 most likely late 1st rd pick, Charlie Stramel who up until this year was looking a like a bust and only has a 3C ceiling in the NHL plus a lower level prospect than Drury should look elsewhere. And there is no issue holding on to Trocheck until the draft or next year's trade deadline. Rangers cant just give players away and the deal in place with Minnesota is exactly just that. Again, for once. Drury is making the right decision

Yeah he might not get traded. If this is truly a retool he's a good player, he's not expensive, Panarin is off the books. I mean if they can't get a haul for him they should hold on I think. At this point they should try to move a bunch of their lesser pieces and hold on to this player if the proper return isn't there

Fix everything by firing Drury. He is a sucker to all other NHL teams. Show the returns for Kreider, Trouba, Miller. Worst deal getting rid of Kreider and bringing in JT Miller.
Trade Fox for A. Mathews. Captain America should be on America's #1 franchise. Fox was part of the back yard bbq brigade. Get rid of ALL the malcontents. Get rid of our milk boys and bring in the whisky drinkers. Bring in Mathews and keep cap open for Hughes on D, thats a winning recipe. We've already seen the best of Fox. Mathews will be rejuvenated leaving Canada.
Regarding Adam Fox: While I've not heard it mentioned, I believe he was put off by Drury and Sullivan for not being included on the Team USA Roster for the Olympics. Couple that with possibly staring down a lengthy 'retool' and his responses seem appropriately wait and see. As for Trochek- I hope they don't move him and I believe that it will take a 'haul' for them to pull the trigger. He is a known commodity and exactly the type of player all teams need
