Binnington’s value will never be higher. He needs to be traded unless he and the organization just want him to ride out the rest of his contract.
Leave Vegas out of it. They have nothing of real value to offer back as they traded all of it away to get the team they have.
Without getting a goalie in return, it seems unlikely to trade Binnington away. He still looked good in his one start post Olympics.
I will not be upset if no trade happens as I will believe that Army didn't like the return the other team was offering.

Colten Ellis was not traded. They took a risk by waiving him at the end of the preseason and he was picked up on waivers.

It sounds like Vancouver wants McKenna. Fine, let them have #1. We want Ivar Stenberg. #2 is perfect as long as we know the 'Nucks will take McKenna. Of course, breaking a teammate's jaw might have a slight impact on his draft-ability (McKenna), but we'll see.
