Pens are not “selling” Tyler.
Do not panic. Stay with Jarry. Fix the defense and he will come around. He has a lot of skills that would make him the perfect goalie for our team, on paper. Let this play out. We should not use all our assets to do a goalie switch. Spend those assets on defense and bottom six. Roll with Ingram in the meantime

I'd say that 80% of the goalies in the NHL will struggle playing behind the Oilers team defense
I have nothing to go by because I never followed Jarry before he came to the Oilers. I did see a lot of Penguin fans saying that he let in the 1st shot or let in 2 on the 1st 5 a lot. Kinda makes me think he might not do well when he's cold. When you play for the Oilers you kinda have to be good at playing cold because you can go 15 mins without a shot and then you have to deal with a breakaway. That's just the nature of the beast with the Oilers. I think Ingram has the mentality to be an Oiler starter. He seems cool to just stand there and contemplating offing himself and then just does what he has to do when Oilers have a bad give away. If he does get scored on it doesn't seem to even rattle him. He just goes back to work…he's boring AF and just gets square to the shooter and gives himself a chance to make the stop. Also since the trade the only goalie to actually steel a game… Is Pickard. Ingram and Pickard are the 2 to go with. If they can get a forward for the bottom 6 for Jarry they will be further ahead imo.
the GM (Bowman/Jackson) has let a lot of better players leave Oilers (Stecher, Kulak, Holloway/Broberg, ….) to make it Their team: massive $ to Bouch & Walman, signing Mangiopane-19 & Frederic-14… and all the experiments have not really worked; Regula-16, Stastney Stilman Tomasek Howard Philp… But Lazar & Roslovic have been fine. Bowman is a nice name but may be living off the name??

LMAO, is this even a serious question??? Panic should have set in the moment his trade to the Oilers was made. In reality, though, the real question is whether it is time to panic on Stan Bowman? The idiot savant GM that is ruining this team. Moronic trades, moronic contracts with no movement, bringing in people he knows rather than best of the best. Riding high on his father's laurels, even this far into his career. Pathetic.
Nothing wrong with Jarry. He will be there when we need him. He reminds so much of Dwayne Rolonson. He would have huge losses and look like total crap but he could shake that off instantly and the next game would be amazing. If Skinner was still here , there is no way in hell we win the Cup. Jarry will get better going down the stretch.

No. It's time to panic about the Darnell Nurse situation. And yes, it's a situation.
Darnell Nurse needs to go. I think the management knows this, and I think his refusal to wave his NMC is the only reason he wasn't traded last summer.
I also think there is a growing rift between Nurse and the coaching staff, as well as some of his teammates.
