With all do respect boys, I completely disagree with many of your takes here. I’m not giving up a first for a rental. You said it yourselves. All our cornerstone pieces are locked up long term (minus Robo; but Jim is clearly going to get that done hence the reason he won’t bring in anyone with term). We’re going to have to replace Benn/Seguin/Ducene. You’ll need the assets in the next couple years. Our window is wide open and will be long term.
