Great to see Racks and Razor on the scoring sheet. And Karlsson better shoot more when he has the puck between the dots…but luckily, he had a sick pass to Racks for his goal soon after that. whew
There’s definitely a world where the offseason signings don’t pan out, Rust gets moved at some point, and Sid either sulks his way through the year and ends up getting traded in the offseason or even at the deadline this season.
I don’t know whether to thank Braz, Mantha, Wotherspoon, Shea, kindel, or the management team, but thank you to all of the above for inadvertently keeping Sid, Rust, Letang, and Geno in Pittsburgh for at least one more competitive season. Everyone with a stake in penguins hockey needed this season.
It is OBVIOUS from his answers to the reporter on this video that he is very nervous that he might be traded. He shouldn't have to feel that way. It would be insane if they trade him.
