Malkin seems to play much better without Sid in the lineup… he just switches it into another gear… I believe the pens win record is higher without Crosby than it is with him, the whole team just finds a way to step it up 😛
The first line will come together. Rakell will get his feet under him and Hayes will grow. Kindel doesn't have Crosby like numbers. But he has Crosby like structure. He is growing. Chinakhov is a chaotic force. That fourth line means so much to this team. They put a lot of pressure on the fourth and first line of the opponents. Silovs was great. He seemed out of position a couple times after a save. But it was mostly due to effort and the defense picked up the slack.

No offense to Raks but he can't sustain much for the time Sid is off. Its time to Move Kindy between Rusty and Raks.

Silovs has a better head on his shoulders in my opinion. I trust him alot more than Skinner.
