  1. I remember in the offseason hoping we could crack a -100 goal differential. Look at us now

  2. Interesting to see if Macklin can set the team record for points. He's on pace right now. 115 points would be great. Becoming the fifth 40-goal scorer would be cool. Only Cheechoo, Nolan, Marleau & Pavelski have done that

  3. I still think we trade everyone not listed below if possible and extend the UFA in this line up. Go get two decent RHD to fill in.

    Smith — Celebrini – Sherwood
    Eklund — Misa – Chershoyav
    Gaudette — Wennberg — Toffoli
    Regenda — Ostapchuk — Graf

    Orlov —— ????
    Dickinson —- ????
    Muk —— Desharnais

  4. Excellent content as always! Thank you JD!

Had a couple thoughts (as always).

First the Edmonton game. I never thought the Sharks were in it for almost the entire game. Once they scored those quick goals Edmonton took over and the Sharks were hemmed in to their own zone most of the game.

They were the worse team after the first part of the first period and it got worse as the game went on.They were worn down so much by the third that they could not get out of their own zone for large portions of it.

The only difference between that and the Colorado game is Colorado dominated more of the game and there was no question from the drop of the puck which team was better.

Colorado is a better team than Edmonton and it showed, but in both cases they were outclassed.
