The Kings have to go 17-8 now . Besides panarin the rest of the team looked exactly like the last two before the break , 10 shots through the first 37 minutes, zero desperation. Getting out worked by a team who didn’t have to win . They tried defend 2-1 !? With 25mins left ! It’s inevitable to be scored on when you don’t spend any time in the ozone . THEY SUCK , HILLER HAS TO GO !

As someone who said this wasn’t a playoff team before the season started (after Holland’s disastrous offseason moves). Nothing has changed my mind. This loss is for the best really. Hopefully we keep losing and maybe that would prevent Holland from trading our best prospects and high draft choices for a couple of 34!year olds. LOL. What a disaster Holland and Hiller are as a tandem. They’re going to set this franchise back for years….

As a Rangers fan who watched Panarin very closely, Kings fans need to temper their expectations on him…yes he is a good player but never elevated his game to superstar status in NY and in the playoffs put up very pedestrian numbers…he is not a rah rah locker room guy so I dont seem him replacing Kopitar as Captain…kings should be looking at Trocheck and JT Miller if they want grit and scoring…both are excellent on the PK and in the playoffs that is invaluable…

Last nights game is the exact reason that I don’t think Hiller should go “all in” with further trades this year. This team has half its key players underachieving this year. Armia needs to be on the 3rd line. They need to keep the orig 4th line as it was before the Olympic break. Laffy should not be a 1st line Center and Kopi should be centering with Kempe and Panarin until they pick up another top line center.
