Did Bill Callahan Cost the Raiders Super Bowl (The untold truth)
What if the Oakland Raiders did not lose Super Bowl XXXVII because they were outplayed…
What if they were betrayed from the inside?
For more than twenty years, the truth behind the Raiders’ most painful loss has been dismissed as bad preparation, Jon Gruden’s revenge, or simple collapse under pressure. But when you connect the evidence — player testimonies, last-minute coaching decisions, hidden relationships, and unexplained behavior — a far darker explanation begins to emerge.
This video exposes the untold story behind Bill Callahan, the man who controlled the Raiders’ game plan on the biggest stage in football — and the accusations that he sabotaged his own team.
You will hear:
Why Raiders legends like Tim Brown accused their own head coach of betrayal
The secret Super Bowl meeting held just hours before kickoff
Why the Raiders refused to change an offense Jon Gruden knew better than anyone
How Tampa Bay defenders knew plays before the ball was snapped
Why this Super Bowl still haunts players, fans, and the NFL itself
This is not about conspiracy for shock value.
This is about means, motive, and opportunity — and why the league has never wanted this story fully examined.
If this was incompetence, it was historic.
If it was sabotage… it changes NFL history forever.
Watch carefully. Decide for yourself.

CALLAHAN IS A TRAITOR AND THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN INVESTIGATION BY THE NFL.
You mean the nfl is scripted?
Im on board with this video but at a human level, its not difficult to see the coaches communicate. thinking that coaches or owners or players dont talk becuae theyre on different teams is juvenile and wayntoo naive. Think of it as employees or even kids in a family structure. Callahan had actually improved on Grudens offense through the air. We ran a more heavy air attack and gannon ran less. Gruden wanted to run and grind games out. Callahan ran a high scoring down the field offense that Al Davis likes. Also we played right into Grudens hand that day. Gruden built our offense and our team and he deserved a ring for it. unfortunately it was with Tampa.
Callahan sabotaged the RAIDERS during SB Week as a BIG F.YOU TO AL DAVIS, revenge for doing Chucky dirty like that…… The NFL knew about the internal rigging because they were informed about unusual betting days before the game. But the NFL hates the RAIDERS so why would they intervene to save the RAIDERS😂 All good we'll be back to glory one day!!! RN4L!! OAKLAND
RAIIIIIIDERRRRSSSSSS
He definitely cost us that Super Bowl on purpose
The Raiders went 4-12 the following season in 2003, not 7-9.
I hate Bill Callahan.
It was one week not two for sb preparation
I hosted a SB party for the beloved Raiders vs TB and it grew more and more grim, ending like a funeral. I was so pissed that I gave up all football (and television) for nearly a year.
Lynch said it after a interception,"They running the plays we practice for".
I think the nfl got to bill and told him to throw the game as a last middle finger to AL DAVIS. it’s no secret the nfl executives have always hated Al Davis. So this was one last FU to Al Davis which is why that SB was an embarrassment to the greatness that is the RAIDERS!!!
This is why his name is never brought up as a Head Coach candidate???
Bill "Traitor" Callahan the HC worst coach ever!!!!!!
Why would he do this
WE BEEN KNOWN DAY 1
Lemme get this straight, RAIDERS didn't wanna pay Gruden, so he leaves and goes on to win a superbowl against us, LATER on we pay him a 10 year contract and the NFL goes through his emails? lol so we basically got screwed twice in our dealings with Gruden, not to mention everything that took place on the field in his years as head coach. Lordamercy it's tough being a Raiders fan
Tim Brown and Jerry Rice believe Callahan threw the game and I trust those guys more than I trust dirty Callahan
Oh poop you reminded me of a horrible time of my life. I can be reminded about how disgusted I was about Callahan falling to change the play calls and scheme against Tampa Bay. I always thought Gruden was just smart enough and Callahan stupid enough to create the horror show. I am 79 a Raider fan since the beginning in 59-60.
And that's why Callahan career has been nothing, but failure after this. Karma is a bitch…
It was always fishy
Callahan absolutely sold them out!!! We all knew it then and now!!!
Yes he did! Callahan had 2 weeks and didn’t change anything on the offense. Once Gruden let, he stayed with the same plays.
Bill Callahan did not cause the Raiders the Super Bowl John Gruden knew the game plan that we had and he knew the defense so get it out of your mind. It’s in the past move on and stop thinking about what we could’ve and what we should’ve now we have Clint Kubiak, and a new start forget about the pass. You can’t do anything about it now we can do something about right now. Goodbye.
Not too mention TB pushed Tony Dungy out the door and gruden was given the keys to a good defensive team
This happened when I was 12 years old I always told myself if I see Callahan I’m knocking his ass out……I’m still on that lol
The Raiders need to have a ring of dishonor and put his face in picture on it. The Raiders should definitely have another Super Bowl that they were way better than Tampa Bay Bay.
Every Raiders fan is still angry about the Super Bowl the Tuck rule game
This only works under the assumption that 6 months prior. To the super bowl if both Tampa Bay and Oakland were already locked in to play the game and that's impossible to know
It was interesting, if not a little suspicious, that in 2002, the NFL gave the Raiders a bye week in week 3. This is because some of the most important players on their roster were over the age of 35 (Gannon, Rice, Tim Brown, Rod Woodson, Trace Armstrong, Bill Romanowski, and maybe more) and the league was forcing them to play 14 consecutive weeks without a break until the playoffs assuming they secured a first round bye, which to the Raiders credit, they did. I even recall during the regular season, on the NFL on Fox pregame show, Howie Long wondering out loud about this matter and if it was a coincidence that their schedule was what it was with an early bye week.
This is stupidity at its best! Callahan didn’t change the offense or the audibles that Gruden installed. That’s how Tampa knew what was going on. He did change the game plan because of Robbins. Unfortunately it’s no conspiracy it’s just Callahan was the dumbest coach in America
I'm not a raider fan but that tuck rule was bullshit again the NFL is a joke hey Roger Goodell you are an embarrassment
If this is True why did Al Davis allow this ?
Do 😢 fucken sad. 2002
Email?
The RAIDERS only had one week between the AFC CHAMPIONSHIP AND SUPERBOWL you said two weeks.
