The Pens basically just traded Tristan Jarry for Stuart Skinner, Samuel Girard, and 2 2nds! That is insane work by KD
Man, this stings for me. G has honestly been great in Colorado. Yes he has some issues with size but he is really good with his stick and decision making. He has been a great professional and a long time fan favorite. I wish him alot of luck in Pittsburgh
Avs gained for 2.5M in cap space. Now they have room to get that 3C they need.
Avalanche fan here. I was heartbroken when I saw the trade, and i still am. It doesn't even make sense-were an aging team already, it pains me to say. Adding another aging defenseman, who we don't even need by the way, in exchange for a prime puck-moving dman is crazy work. This wouldn't even work as a one for one trade, let alone the 2nd rounder. Take care of sammy g for us, pens fans.
Strong move imo. Kulak is a great worst dman on a deep cup run.
good trade, both teams got what they wanted
Sam Poulan was traded by the Penguins with Jarry for Skinner, Kulak, and a second round pick. The Pens then traded Kulak for Girard and another second. This is wrong twice on this video.
