Listen I get the whole Jack coming to Minny for a few reasons. One he's a great player but two and more importantly it keeps Quinn there. You know the Devils know this too. Plus, there is a 3rd brother in Luke who is pretty good himself and would probably be included in any trade if the Devils actually considered moving Jack (Jack will not want to leave his other brother behind). So, the Devils might say you either overpay us like crazy because realistically we are trading you 2 Hughes plus a Quinn guarantee to sign there long-term if both his brothers are there or if we don't get what we want we'll wait and hopefully Quinn enjoyed playing with Jack so much he'll just wait a year and come to the Devils to play with them BOTH. They are both already signed in NJ long-term so it's actually easier for him to just go there. To get this done Billy G would have to overpay like crazy and I can't see that happening. I will say this if Quinn says this summer, I'm not going to sign an extension and wait until next offseason that just means he's heading to NJ. They have to sign Quinn this summer, or they might be trading him to NJ instead of Jack coming to Minny
