But the story of the night was Nick Suzuki.

With rumors swirling about his role, Suzuki stepped up after Crosby left the game and tied it late to make it 3–3. Canada then won 4–3 in overtime on a huge goal by Marner, with Binnington making massive saves to keep them alive.

Another clutch moment for Suzuki on the biggest stage.
