  1. Loved Nick's goal, but I was more impressed with the hussle as the of his shift to chase down the puck and start that game tying goal. #giveaway

  2. shoutout to all the fake habs fans who were posting all types 'i'm a Habs fan, but even i think Suzuki should be the one scratched'…yeah if u were a real Habs fan you would have seen the little things that Nick does that us REAL habs fans pay attention to….

  3. Just figured it out.
Trade Andy and Laine for picks.
    We love picks.
Sign Tatar for the run and get the band back together.
Use picks and Struble to get Lafrenière to dance with Coffee and Suzi.
    Done and dusted.

  4. Wow. 3 OT games today. Bunch of guys I cheer for gettin' it done!! Suzuki ties it to keep us alive. Marner (who I love to see succeed because Leafs fans stupidly ran him out of town instead of Matthews, ha!) gets the winner. And Leks (who we should never have stupidly let go) does it for Finland. YES, my boys!!!! 🍻

  5. USA vs Finland Gold Medal Game. Canada looks awful. We ain't beating Finland playing like that…We got 3 superstars, but they are taken out of game by opposing teams.

  6. Cooper also called Suzuki his "trusted Swiss Army Knife" after the game today. Love it, and 😝 to all the Canada fans who were calling for Suzuki to be sat out…even though he was 6th on the team in chances generated despite getting very limited ice time in a shut down role. I said it here a couple of days ago…when the games get closer, Suzuki's value only goes up!!!

  7. Newhook starts on 1st line. The team has formed an identity this year that IS Newhook's game: Speed, forecheck, quick shots.

  8. You guys always "giveaway" the best Habs content!!!

Watch it every day and night and you both deserve every bit of success that comes your way!

I want to see Laine as a Hab again the ice…I think he deserves it at the least.

Another weapon on the PP….but it is how he is used. Confuse the other other opponents with the threat of his shot….but do not be as predictable as our PP became…other teams adapted to that play.

However, now we have so much creativity and skill…go ahead…think that we are that one trick pony….double team him to adjust…but that means Demidov, Hutson, Caulfield, Slav, Suzuki…the competition will have their heads spinning with confusion that is just expecting us trying over and over for that one timer.

What a game. So proud of our boys in the Olympics…but bring the strong push to the playoffs…let's go!!!!!

Suzuki's goal to tie it was incredible after hearing others rip him apart before the game and during the game by so many for missing that open net….man oh man….many changed their tune quickly.

    Lol

  9. После победы Канады, российский комментатор воскликнул, что сегодня именно в Монреале будет праздник!💯

  10. I'm fine waiting on Hage. He is good but he isn't a superstar. Can he become a 1st line centreman. Yes. He just doesn't have the flash like a McDavid or any other big superstar. But you know who has? Alexander Zharovsky.

The more I watch this guy, the more I realize how huge of a steal Montreal got with him. He has superstar written all over him. The guy is playing centre at UFA. He was originally a winger but UFA were desperate and put him on as a centreman and he is blossoming in that roll. He is going to break Demidov's rookie scoring record. He already broke the U20 scoring record for youngest player. He is 18 guys. Demidov was 19 when he did all that.

UFA has let it known that they won't block any of their prospects from entering the NHL. Zharovsky still has one more year on his contract, but he can be bought out at the end of the KHL season and be brought over. Zharovsky needs to line up with Demidov and Slafkovsky and be the centreman for that line. Him and Demidov are real life friends. The chemistry is there.

Zharovsky has some crazy highlight reel plays. He has hands, he has the skating, he has the vision. The guy will be a superstar.

  11. we would need an extra powerforward ( cant trust dach long term) . Batherson, voronkov, tippett
    cauf- suzuki – batherson
    slaf-kappy-demidov
    bolduc-hage-dach
    newhook-danault-anderson
    extra: evans, gally, texier

  12. "Give it away" give it away give it away now. Very great day to be a Canadian we are getting gold . Suzuki is clutch always.

  13. Canada dominated the 2nd and third, on a good night that would be 3 to 5 goals, puck wasn't going in, it happens. That said, I'm worried this team has too many bodies playing hurt. Either way, Canada is the Best team out there. @GoCanadaGo
