The B's lineup today resembled the lineup you'd see in the last week of training camp in September before the season officially starts. The only difference is, in training camp the guys are playing their hearts out hoping to make it to the NHL. In today's game, they looked like outmatched AHL players playing in the NHL.
Obviously it wasn’t the fault of Cassidy Monty or Sacco. These players can’t win.
As our hopes fade little by little, the skits get more and more depressing. You are a great barometer for how we are feeling!
Officially got into ´why even bother´ territory
You know i feel like ppl lose it too much when their team loses or w.e and i love the beez but I'm the end its a GAME, dig? So when i go to sunrise as i live here now, i go to all games with the beez and man theyre nasty nasty there. But it legitimately doesn't bother me. This season has drawn out pure apathy and just quit caring.. much like our dang TEAM!!

Professional hockey? NHL standard? Not in a million years. What has happened to the NHL? I'd rather watch Juniors, bantam, peewee whatever! This is the most abysmal Bruins team in decades. Ugh!

Lohrei has been impactful. He has been one of the best players on the ice in recent games.

Really bummed the Pasta streak ended, was one of the few things keeping me invested in these rough games.
On a positive, Lohrei again was so good. His offensive abilities and puck handling are insane. I’ll say it again I can’t wait to see what he looks like in a few years when he’s really developed.

There was no emotion from players to coaching staff. They look defeated and beat down. None of the leaders of the team are showing any type of leadership on this team. We were there and what you said in this video… in person was worse. I was 4 rows behind the Bruins bench and no communication between players. Sacco is silent the whole game.

I would like to change coaching now, but I guess they will wait till off-season ( hopefully the intention is to overhaul the coaching)… you can see every now and then – like against Toronto the players have some talent.. they just have zero direction. It would be interesting to see a practice .. they likely work on dumping it in and icing the puck.
Nothing else seems consistent except the dump and chase (and lose possession) and icing 9 or almost icing).
Also I disagree mcAvoy was worth that contract, but I concede he is a decent player. Lohrei was waaay up in the offensive zone quite often in this game and with no hurry to get back to blue line is what I saw…maybe would be decent as a pp specialist.
With the way the season is you have to make this last stretch of the season a prove it moment for the kids. Put Merk, Poitras and Lysel on their own line and let them run amok. Good or bad, let them play continuous games at this level when there's no stakes. That's what the caps did with their prospects the last two years and it WORKED. And if they don't work out nothing is lost and we can actually move on.
Frederic is 10th in points (15 Points) on the Bruins. The only teams whose 10th leading scorer has less points are San Jose and Nashville. The damn Blackhawks are better than that!

I have a question, let’s say we get into the lottery, as unfortunate as that would be, and end up with a higher pick, what is the best case scenario there?
