See this unique hockey highlight of NHL pro ice hockey player Evgeny Kuznetsov of the Washington Capitals take what may be a new record for the slowest shootout attempt and goal ever against Buffalo Sabres goalie Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen on 3/15/23. From the time that Kuznetsov touched the puck to when he scored, it clocked-in at approximately 9.49 seconds (not official time) which beats his time of 9.41 that he shot on 1/26/23!๐๐ฅ
