When NHL Players Were Asked About Patrick Kane
Is Patrick Kane the greatest American hockey player of all time? From the moment he was drafted first overall in 2007, Patrick Kane turned the Chicago Blackhawks into a dynasty. Known for his incredible “magic” hands and his ability to score when the pressure is highest, No. 88 has become a living legend of the game.
In this video, we look back at the career of the man they call “Showtime.” We follow his journey from his childhood in Buffalo to winning three Stanley Cups in Chicago. Hawk for life
I loved watching him play. One of the best.
@1:15 I thought you said “the original 6 franchises were in the dark for years.” I was like wait what? Detroit won the cup the year after Kane was drafted.
“A player who could navigate a phone booth without touching the walls”. – Gen Z has left the chat
I'm a true Chicago Blackhawks fan , but I believe this video is lacking the "entire " story of PK?
Never has to pay for a drink or meal in Chicago…
I went from Chicago to Philly 2010 game 3 & 4, back driving Chicago game 5, couldn't pull trip back to Philly for 6. I worn my Kane sweater! Roenick, big al second prior, over 1,000 live games. In Av's country now
can snort huge amount of cocaine and still play great the next day.
Jonathan Toews set him up to succeed, best captain ever. Unfortunately Patrick was a dik to Johnny
I love watching #88. His stick handling is the best I’ve ever seen. SHOWTIME!!
Not having Patty Kane on team USA for the olympics this year is criminal.
He’s electric, I was lucky enough to see everyone from Bobby Hull to the players today and Patrick is certainly one of the best I’ve every seen.Being lucky enough to also play the game for 28 yrs in different leagues what a ride loved the game and loved the greats I was so lucky to see them and play with some what a game God bless
Thank you P. Kane, for everything you did for us in chicago!!
It was truly a privilege to be a Hawks fan during the Kane era. Such a fun player to watch! I hope that, whenever Kane decides to retire, he goes into broadcasting. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of the game and its players, rattling stats off the top of his head.
ai slop
Beautiful. But why the AI sounding narration? Killed the buzz a bit
Man I really took Kane for granted. I swore he and Toews would retire Blackhawks
Never seen the “Oh Shit!” Look on every defenseman’s face so much as when Kaner came up ice…
The city of Chicago was electric when this Blackhawks era happened. Definitely miss these times, I'll never forget that 2010 victory parade.
Lets hope the wings can miraculously win the cup this year or next, so he can hoist it again for #4. We've seen a lot of great players here in Detroit over the last 3 decades, and it's great to see Kane included in that. Imagine Kane, Cat, and the Magic Man on the same line !?!?!
