The Boston Bruins have to make a big decision on what to do with the Maple Leafs’ first-round pick, which they acquired after trading Brandon Carlo to the Maple Leafs at the trade deadline last season. The terms on the pick have caused the possibility of the Bruins getting the Leafs 2028 first round if the cards fall in that direction with the Leafs choosing to send a 2027 first to the Philadelphia Flyers.
