    Jordan Binnington plays his best hockey with a chip on his shoulder. He also taught Jake Allen how to be a winning goaltender. I love the fire, it's something missing from some of our forwards (Sanford, cough cough)

    3:03 wait, a person could own an image from a game, could you buy several a couple seconds apart and create a flipbook (gif)

    Could you then use it in your own productions? own a few celebration clips for each team and then splice them in real quick at the end of the their section of the review videos if that team won. That could be cool, if you could take that image, recreate it, chop it up, edit it and such. In my pic Mackinnon will have just scored glove side on a stegosaurus, and I'll photoshop an arena full of just me cheering, 18k full of just my face

    Topps already has their own virtual hockey card app. Plus they did do cards that played videos of certain moments. The difference between this and Hockey Ultimate Team is that the cards you pull can be used in fantasy hockey contests as every player has a multiplier from 1-2x.

    binnington had tantrums in AHL. last night they were not losing and he jabbed at simek, karlsson and dubnyk instead of getting his butt off the ice, no nobility just whinging toddler goalie

    I like the Virtanen for Heinan move neither of them will be qualified and Canucks need to make cap space for Pettersson, Hughes and Demko all needing new contracts next year. Honestly it's a mess in Vancouver and it's not just this year it's the Roussel, Myers and Beagle contracts their yoked with into next year terrible cap management even if the cap wasn't flat.

    Still feel bad for Heinen. He's got the smarts, works hard, won't hurt the team but it just never seems to come together for him. Always thought he'd one day the mojo would strike, though.

    Then he gets traded to Vancouver.

    Draft won't be pushed back. If you look at it, most kids have played some this year. Only the O and the Dub haven't played, and the Dub is playing again in some places. Most of the top guys in those junior leagues will have played before July.

    Upick is a tout service – an industry that has been very unsavory in the betting world for years. They promise to tell you "tonight's guaranteed winners" for whatever set of games you are interested in. Almost certainly, these services are conning people selling both sides of the game as winners. And there is no way they can beat good Las Vegas odds makers over the long term without inside info – something VGK can't give them and just having this deal makes seem like a huge ethical conflict.

    I also liked what Binner did cause it took so much pressure off of the young Husso coming in off the bench into that clown fiesta of a game. No attention was on him and he made great saves. Very calculated by Binner.

    Billy Smith committed 2nd degree manslaughter every time he played. These players nowadays are soft, Binnington is a throwback, and I personally find that refreshing

    Looked up the NBA Top Shot. Seems really out there…? I wouldn't judge people who dig it, but I don't see the point when you can just watch highlights lol.
