Rasmus Dahlin DOMINANT in Sweden’s close call win over Italy at the Olympics

On the opening day of the men’s hockey tournament at the Olympics, Rasmus Dahlin was one of the stories of the day, putting up a much needed three assist performance as Sweden nearly suffers a catastrophic loss to Italy. Dahlin looked like the best player on a very talented Swedish roster, and made an incredible to get the team the lead late, which they never gave back to the Italians. Could Dahlin have a look at MVP of the tourney?

Plus, Tage Thompson is getting a look on Team USA’s top powerplay unit, but could be playing in a role he’s never done with the Buffalo Sabres. Is Tage going to be at the top of the slot, surrounded by Jack Eichel, Auston Matthews, Matthew Tkachuk, and Quinn Hughes?

Joe also shares his thoughts on Juraj Slafkovsky carrying Slovakia to an upset win over Finland, and some big games coming up on Thursday and Friday.

  1. The world is going to finally put some respect on the captains name after this tournament. I’m so sick of people putting rasmus outside the top 5 best d men in the world.

  2. That hilarious I remember my dad picking me up from elementary school wearing a satan shirt and some old lady asked why he was wearing a shirt with satan on it hahah
