Any updates on the Reschny injury?
Im not believing anything until they actually start trading players with term. I pray im wrong but my prediction is that the flames dont make any nore trades

So far i have not seen one player that the flames have drafted or traded for that i think could be considered first line either offense or defense. Now thats not saying that players cant develop, but usually you see something in a player that would suggest they have real potential. I mean look at those montreal players. A bunch of them showed real potential the moment they stepped on the ice. And what about the wranglers. They are second last in the pacific division ahead of only the canucks. So lets get real here.
McKenna would definitely be a fantastic edition.

There were trades between 25 and 27 (Ras, Coleman, Huby and the obvious ones but I tried to keep the 'core' intact though injuries and lack of offensive production force a few moves once we surprisingly made the playoffs in 26 as the 8th seed so have faith Flames fans as this very well could be one of the better rebuilds in recent memory if a few things fall in place of which already seem to be happening!

Heard Pronger on Spittin Chiclets, and I couldn’t agree more when he said you don’t rebuild through wingers. You need a number 1 centre.
As great as Mckenna and Stenberg are, we need to prioritize a Centreman this draft. Lawrence or Malhotra. Can’t bring in a couple dozen wingers if we have no centres. Reschny is not enough.
Calgary Flames have never rebuilt. We have always bandaided the situation. I am so happy to rebuild and take a chance on young players that learn to love Calgary and want to play here. Instead of the huberdeaus, the jokinans, and I cant think of his name but he was suppose to be good but we sent him to the ahl.
How on earth does naz get a Nelson type deal..such a homer take. Not even close to the same situation.
