Why would we bring a potentially cornerstone goalie into this mess? We are just hitting rock bottom and need to pick up quality skaters before we bring any long term goalie into a rebuild. NO.
Canucks could offer up Garland because Quinn would approve but sure the Wild can get something better for Jesper.
Not happening Gio Billy needs an elite center in return. the Canucks currently don't have that. So who do we have in our system to get a Wallsedt? I don t see much in our system that the Wild would be glad to take off of our hands. Unless it is Pettersson or one of our 1st round picks. Obviously Marty does not fallow the Canucks on a daily basis. Because if he did he would see that the Canucks need to continue to draft elite help. Before trading it away.
