I appreciate this show so much because of DJ. I have so many hockey pods to get through over the course of the day and I don’t know if DJ enunciates so well or if he speaks so slowly at normal speed, but he’s the only one of all the shows that I can understand perfectly at 1.7 speed. Can’t stand the narrative that Kaprizov is with “someone on an entry level contract” for that money. Kaprizov+boldy for 24 million through 2024 is a good deal. Kaprizov obviously an overpay but they can make that work with the good deals they got done before the cap went up. Also find it crazy that Kaprizov gets hit with “injury prone” but has only really had one major injury. He’s no iron man but a cheap shot kept him from contending for the hart last year
