The browns have this extensive interview process having potential coaches writing essays and the like, like they're thoroughly vetting coaches. How's that working for you? What? 13 coaches since 1999? Perspective coaches aren't going through that if they have other options. The Browns are desperate for a good, young, offensive minded head coach. Get off your high horse and hire one, and understand that you are not a sought after team to work for given your track record. Make the job appealing, and you will get your coach.
