125 MPH Club head speed ??? Offseason speed training | Winter Work 06

https://www.warwickshiregolfsim.co.uk

Huge Thank you to the Warwickshire Golf Sim for having me at their facility, please go check them out and get down here for some warm practice during the winter season !!!

In this video I will take you through a typical speed training session I will do in the off season. Distance is a huge part of the modern game and is essential to lower scores.

Hopefully this was helpful to understand how I go about gaining speed.

Thank you for watching

  1. So I have been on a speed training journey myself and the gains in distance lowered my handicap by 2. But dialling the distance back and a small gain in accuracy lowered both scores and stress.

So distance is good. Accuracy is good. A combination of the 2 is best

  2. Golden as usual! Got myself a speedgolf sticks about 3 months ago, went from 101mph club head speed to 106mph just by doing their 1st workout. I still have QI10 Max 10.5 as my gamer. Tried QI4D core 9 couple of days ago – club head speed jumped to 112mph and finally saw a 300 total 🎉
I don’t know about SG, we’ll figure it out later 😂

  3. all good until you end up on the operating table later on ,a lot of these longer hitters will succumb to injuries ………..

  4. wheres ball flight? why no flight tracer?? niw power fade , draw spinner slice, knock down, punch, and straight…lets see then and patch over your right eye so only one for hitting…cant wait to see…such a talant

  5. Hi mate, notice you are a bit laid off with irons especially, is this intentional? I find it can give me space but is harder to shallow.
