benching should start at the net and work its way forward…..changing goalies like changing underwear isn't where the problem lies, sure they let in some soft goals but the D in front of them are more of a hindrance than a help, they cause more goals than the offence can produce a lot of the times…..they have a lot of coin tied up in the D, for players that definitely merit being benched, but that never happens. you have to use your full game lineup, the proven offensive front can't be depended on to haul all of the load. Nobody is going to play to their potential if they feel they will be singled out as the fall guy …..Knoblach is coaching his way into a messy corner, he needs to find a way to coach beyond the star players. it's proven that Edmonton has no qualms about showing coaches the door
